New Customer Registration

The below video is a walkthrough of the customer registration process:

• The user completes their own information
• The user will then be prompted to install Google Authenitcatior (can be triggered by scanning QR code with mobile device)
• Once done - an email will be sent to verify your account.

{info} The initial registration collects as little info as possible, to ensure the new customer is onboarded. The additional steps are completed within the Granite portal. This way, Granite staff are aware of all the new clients and can assist them throughout the process.
